Urban Fox Control London 8
I have recently started to use a Laser Boresighter from www.inovatech.co.uk I can now 'get-on' target and check zero with out firing a round. The one I have for my 10/22 fits in the chamber and the bolt slides forward holding it in place. A red laser is emmitted down the barrel and you can test and adjust your scopes. Does any one else use these and what results to you get. I am very impressed with mine. Edited June 5, 2010 by Urban Fox Control London Quote Link to post

I have one similar and find that it gets you onto the target quicker but not straight onto a zero.....don't know quite why but at least it saves a couple of bullets. Quote Link to post

Lazer = straight line, bullet = NOT a straight line, simples! Should get you spot on windage wise, and then you need to correct for sight height and bullet drop! Quote Link to post

matt_hooks 188
Surely if the axis of the chamber and the axis of the bore aren't aligned then the bullet will be distorted on firing? Quote Link to post
