lawrence 657
used to use something similar for walking bulls, one at a time mind you and using a bungee rather than a spring, same principal though, takes the strain of your arms and builds muscle in a pulling dog, they look the ticket mate, nice job. Guest AngelicAcid
I never slated them, I didnt know what it would do, pros and cons , thats all. Why is it that as soon as a comment is made, people get all defensive, i mean all I did was ask how it worked and what it was for. Im so sorry if I offended anyone. Quote Link to post
HGN 150
Why not contact Strong Stuff (Aaron) about making them wholesale? Quote Link to post
Bosun11 537
Why not contact Strong Stuff (Aaron) about making them wholesale? Now I ain't knocking anyone who has tried to improve on what he has but.... I'd doubt Aaron would look to make such a thing, he's been into bull breeds for enough years and probs seen all there is on the market. Those spring things, i've used before, bought a lead with one in the States about 15 years ago. Didn't like it, felt weird, a constant pull on the arm but with a jerk too... The other problem was that it lasted one rainy day, in that they ain't usually made well and mine rusted to feck, after one shower. My thoughts would be to firstly stop the constant pulling, which can be done on any breed at any age. Then, if your looking to condition your dog, walk a bit faster for a whole lot longer, you'll be surprised at the results, in both of you! Quote Link to post
Strong Stuff 2,171
Why not contact Strong Stuff (Aaron) about making them wholesale? He won't need my help if he's going to make those. Not something I'd be interested in using or putting my name to either to be honest, I don't like those spring things, if they can be pulled apart, then I'd say that they eventually fail and I'd rather not have lads on the phone after their dogs has run into the road Thanks though.
