I hope the farmer is getting a decent return on the fleeces now - Couple of years back a local shepherd said it was costing more to shear the sheep than they were getting for the wool... scottishlass 57 Posted June 4, 2010 Report Share Posted June 4, 2010 (edited) Tally did they stop or something seems a bit slow for 4 of them maybe it was to warm to go like the clappers we had 2 men shearing 750 in 8hrs.
