jamie1011 5 Posted June 4, 2010 Author Report Share Posted June 4, 2010 did i once ask about how heated an area is and so on no the topic was meant to be about the terrain and so on. its my fault as well as i came off topic but was hoping for a little more info on like field size, ground type, type of hare what type of skills for that area a dog needs and mainly what crosses do well around there. i'm almost certain those were the things i asked people for there advice on. because unfortunatley there could be alterior motives on some of the replys. not saying they would but it is def something many dog men do alot of. which is fair enough protecting there land. Trigger 26 Posted June 4, 2010 Report Share Posted June 4, 2010 right lads your gonna laugh at me for this but heard alot of talk about hares on the fens and so on since i've been on here. what is the fens terrain like and what does it take for a dog to do well there. heard its meant to test the best of dogs. remember ive only been lamping for 3 years and never been to the fens so please no stupid comments. also for the people who do run the fens could they say what x they use and how they preform. i know there will be a 100 different type of answers and how long is a peice of string but all possitive info welcome. cheers lads/laddies how come you have changed your name from huntingalltheway?
