Book on Rifle Shooting Marksmanship Techniques

Hi,

 

I have a Blaser .22/250 that I use for the foxes, I want to get into the target shooting side of things a bit more, can anyone recommend any good books on proper marksmanship techniques that will cover various aspects such as, breathing control, shooting positions, trigger control etc, etc

I read a cracker of a book, based on bench rest shooting from the states, talks about calibres, cleaning, breathing technique etc etc.

 

but not much use as i cant remember the name!!

 

It might have been "the precision shooter" or something along those lines...
