Can anyone recommend a good rifle markmanship guide?

Recommended Posts

Hi,

I have a Blaser .22/250 that I use for the foxes, I want to get into the target shooting side of things a bit more, can anyone recommend any good books on proper marksmanship techniques that will cover various aspects such as, breathing control, shooting positions, trigger control etc, etc

Cheers

I don't know of any offhand, but I'm sure there are some out there i'd do a search on amazon... or google, I feel that there is no right or wrong way to shoot, there are better ways, but what works for one, may not nessecarily work for the other, if you have an air rifle, you can do loads of practicing in various positions, stances, breathing, timing all the rest of it pretty cheaply....

Cheers
