Dan Edwards 1,134 Posted June 2, 2010 Report Share Posted June 2, 2010 You can go as early as 5 weeks if you are using a parvo only vaccine. Its designed to work even with maternal antibodies still in the pup usually when its a parvo only vaccine. Dont ask me all the scientific terms cuz I dont know em but simply put "most the parvo only vaccines will work even with the maternal antibodies still being somewhat present". Only reason to use this method is if you know that you have had issues with parvo in the last say 2 or 3 years. Otherwise you can wait to 8 to 9 weeks and jab em and wait say 10 to 12 weeks and jab em again. Some will hit em at say 9, 12, and 16. Everybody's theories vary cuz there is not right or wrong really. Quote Link to post
