I have been breeding terriers for 40 years and now decided to breed the ultimate terrier, and resurrect the breed from the dead.

200 years ago everyone had one for these dogs in their home - The Turnspit.

It had huge stamina and could work all day. It would deal with all the vermin on the farm as well.

These are real game dogs. I have all the written evidence and old books to back me up. Here are some qoutes.

Biographical sketches and authentic anecdotes of dogs

" THE TURNSPIT,

(Canis Vertagus, Linnaeus.)

This dog is generally long in the body, with short crooked legs; his tail is curled upon his back ; his head rather large in proportion to the size of his body: he has for the most part a peculiarity in the colour of his eyes, having the iris of one eye black and the other white. The Turnspit is to be met with of all hues, but the usual one is a bluish-grey, spotted with black,—occasionally he is found of a slate colour. The shape of his head is something between that of the pointer and hound, with long ears.

There is a variety of this dog which has straight legs.

The Turnspit is a bold, vigilant, and spirited little dog; "

I have bred my mothers rescue dog "Coco" to my little mongrel travellers terrier "Gyp" and the resulting pups are exactly as described in the old book qoute. I have already took them out hunting and they are best workers ever!

They have good nose, feet, bone and heart, and of good conformation for showing.

Gentleman, this is the start of a dynasty.

pups are going for £700

Thank you.... I've always wanted one of these!!!

Can you also make the 'wheel' for this gallant little tyke, as I may as well use it in all its full glory, as well as killing critters, it can cook the sunday roast too! :D
