Malt 379
Top job! I done the metalwork on my dad's old HW35e a few years back, wish I'd have taken pictures now. It's a great feeling when you finish shining the metal up with fine wire wool and oil and it looks like new. Quote Link to post

stealthy1 3,964
I've gone ahead and bought: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/TITAN-XS-Mainspring-BSA-Webley-Weihrauch-Air-Arms-GAMO-/330432230475?cmd=ViewItem&pt=UK_SportingGoods_Hunting_ShootingSports_ET&hash=item4cef4bb44b Hopefully that'll do the trick for him, it's funny because I could here the spring moving when it wasn't cocked, something was rattling and i'm guessing it's snapped in the there You got that at right money Quote Link to post
Lee85 44
Good- i've never heard of them but it was the only one I could find which actually mentioned the osprey! and there was another one for £17.50 then postage of around 3.99 on top of that, the rest were Oxbow spirngs Quote Link to post
Marksman 934
You mean to say you didn't take it apart???? Mate I thought that would have been the first thing you'd have done. No only would it have given you access to see if there was any damage to any internal parts such as the spring and piston washer but it would also allow you to degrease, clean, polish and regrease properly ensuring a proper working rifle. Nice job on the blueing and stock though Darryl Quote Link to post
andyfr1968 772
If you're after parts for your Osprey, they're basicly the same as the Tracker. There's really bugger all difference between them. Webley launched the Tracker way back when but it was only ever an Osprey with a short barrel, then they 'introduced' a long barrel version of the Tracker.... Hmmmm..... Nice work, mate. Cheers. Marksman 934
Have a look on Chambers gunsmiths website mate. They do spares for most air rifles. Darryl Quote Link to post
