Ratcherman 0
Well i decided to have a look out for a buck or a fox last night as the sun was shining and the wind had dropped. As i was on route to the piece of land i intended to stalk i passed another farm i have permission on and as i drove passed i clocked a deer in the field so i pulled over.I parked at the gate and and crept along the hedge to the field where the deer was as i got there i checked through the scope to confirm it was a young buck still in velvet.I lay down to get the shot off the bipod but unfortunately the grass was too long so i had to take the shot of a post at about 120 yds i took a heart and lung shot it ran about 10 yds and dropped on the spot.I continued on to the other bit of land but seen nothing so heading for home i passed the farm i had shot the buck and i saw another two deer in the field but as it was getting dark decided to leave them for another day.
