I cant massivley help mate but put the decoys out at about 25 meters or wherever your comofrtable shooting from, could be 15 meters if you like!

Hopefully wait for one to land and shoot him, then hopefully the others should go mad and you just got to home they keep landing. Your hide has to be pretty damn good tho crows see everything, dont be disheartened if you dont badly theres always next time when you can do a bit more research!

Take some food bait with you aswell to put amongst the group of decoys? Cracked egg? Meat?

I've tried Decoying Corvids to no avail :icon_redface:

But they keep getting closer to a dead bunny with its guts opened a little  Had four Crows circling me yesterday as I had three dead bunnies at the side of me.

Crows are probably the most intelligent little feckers on the planet  They have immensley good eyesight as well.

All it takes to scare a crow off is look at it  So keep well out of sight and drape some scrim or netting across your rifle as they really dont like seeing straight lines

Good luck and dont forget your camera :victory:

thanks lads went out today and got 6 but the decoys were rubbish they would not land :wallbash: we eventually seen the farmer at around 8am and he said we could shoot in the barn which started to prejuce :boogie: we have then decided to get a charge for the bottles we came back to the destination at around 11am and went straight to the barn but it was all down hill from there we got a couple of shots but no kills :censored: and a lot of the crows seemed to have dissaspeared

Dont know if anyone else has found this, but I shot another magpie in my garden last week and it landed in the middle of my garden. Before I had chance to go out there and pick it up, i noticed 3 massive crows all going mental trying to land next to the magpie. Now, ive not seen any crows in my garden for years, so i was supprised to see them come in so quick! Ive had magpies come in to checkout their dead friends before but didnt realise crows were interested in magpies....

Maybe a magpie decoy would work better than a crow one?!
