dave1372 83
I went out last night to shoot a few crows at dusk and whilst standing quiet and patient I noticed this badger making its way across the field to the small wood where I was standing, I didn't pay it much attention and after a few minutes I heard something rustling about and had a look from behind the tree where I was standing and noticed old brock headed right towards me and just managed to get this picture when it was about 6ft away! (Apologies my barrel got in the way in the middle of the picture!) Quote Link to post
Richie10 345
I believe it is illegal to be near a badger with a gun, even looking at them at the wrong angle is risky. Actually on a couple of occassions I have been about 1 metre from a wild badgers, once pissed and the other when a young one came out of a sett to play with my pup. Which was fine until the badger then turned angry. Quote Link to post

november 2
I prefer taking pictures of badgers like this: had some on my trailcam a few days ago: Quote Link to post
SportingShooter 0
Interesting creatures Dave. Obviously tensions about what diseases they carry, but I quite like to sit and watch them if they happen to be about, leave it to the "officials" to decide whether they are good or bad. I'm happy to remain neutral! Nice pic Quote Link to post
