Top Lamper 2k10 169
i dont see the point on slipping your dog on foxes if it doesnt hav the arse to finish the job if the dog doesnt nack the fox let the fox get up and run away instead of killing it yourself then get rid of the dog for being shit i wouldnt hava dog that doesntdo foxes lyk Edited May 27, 2010 by Top Lamper 2k10 Quote Link to post
Dan Edwards 1,134
I seen my Blue bitch grab one at 11 months old and give it about a half dozen or so repeated hard shakes and such and it was over with. Didnt take much more than killin a house cat really. I mean a bit more but nuttin worth braggin about but I supposed a big dog fox would be different but I dont think this one was all that big. smokey/gem 0
if the dog cant do it itself its pointless slipping it.....thats my opinion Quote Link to post

moonlighter 1,163
Either a lot of people on here either dont run a lot of foxs and are just making it up, or they are cruel b*****ds that like to see an animal suffer. Most foxes are that are bolted or caught on the lamp are caught with in 100 yards of you, which means you are at the seen in about 20/30 seconds. most are still alive at this point, thought probally not putting up much of a fight as most dogs have them by the throat. I always end it if its still alive. Sometimes they are dead on arival but 50% of the time they are not, and thats not just my dogs. some foxes just dont wanna die, even with an pound bull cross holding on. All pre ban by the way. stabba 10,745
There,s a world of difference between a fox killer and a fox fighter...the latter usually get found out in the end...personally i like a dog to take the fox by the rib cage...its usually over in seconds after a good hard crunch...the vitals just cant recover after a good rib crunching bite...although a throat dog is just as good....atb stabba Quote Link to post
