Tilly1 11 Posted May 26, 2010 Report Share Posted May 26, 2010 Hi guys, ive bin in the hunting game for a good few years now, and always seem to start and end the hunting season at different times, my MOTO is only to hunt rabbit when there is a® in the month, and i use that rule for most quary too, i stopped workin my dogs about 6 weeks ago as i stubled across too many young, i know for some people there is no end, which i think is wrong. but just wanted your oppinion and experiance, when is the best time for starting and ending, or when are you starting, etc... day and night. cheerz guys, ATB Quote Link to post
the dugs baws1 36 Posted May 26, 2010 Report Share Posted May 26, 2010 start the dogs off in September a day or 2 a week just to get them a little bit fitter come the second week in October work them hard till the last day in february. weather permitting that is it was a bad winter this year with all the snow and frost cut the season short hope we get a better season this year, Quote Link to post
