shooting but not with a rifle

hi all,had a walk about today on 1 of my permissions,did abit of shooting with my camera instead of my rifle,and seen some interesting things today,the old fox had been very busy that night you should have seen all the mess in the field blood and guts legs wings,he must have walked along way for them chickens the nearest chicking farm is a mile away...theres a big den down in that field loads of cubs she has been very busy feeding her young,i feel sorry for the person who is short of a few chickens,theres also the odd pheasent in that pile of mayhem of blood and guts,phantom will like the pics he likes blood and guts,so here we go phantom buddy.

That’s a reason why game keepers shoot them when they start and take live stock, especially young lambs like some foxes do.

 

From the other side though the mother fox is only feeding her babies and the easiest way is to steal a chicken or a pheasant.

 

Can’t blame her really mate as its easy food, and her litter of babies will be hungry too.

 

I just hope that her babies wean before she catches some heavy lead in her head and leaves them to starve.

got the same sort of situation on my permission except that charlie is taking all the lambs i keep finding dead lambs everywhere so i have started to leave what i shoot lying around for the bugger instead of filling my freezer
