One of the reasons i suggested spaniel was that pups would be near on 3 quarter spaniel and might be easier to get homes for Quote Link to post

Try a patterdale ,working russell or harrier.I made a cross of a similar bitch to a springer a few years back (well the dogs arranged it themselves) ,and they turned out the most useless b*****ds to ever walk the earth(good at killing rats-thats about it)..Too large an amount of springer takes the killer out of them i.m.o.
