I had noticed that the american lure coursing folk like to use the highly perfected Show bred greyhounds. I dont know why?

 

they literally have destroyed the greyhound. If you ever look back at the pedigree of show bred greyhounds, they are descended only from one or two greyhounds that won some big show back in 1880's.

Straight backs, narrow deep chests, and a neck like a giraffe!!
