This hosts the 22nd All Ireland Terrier & Lurcher Championships with fantastic prizes plus the prestige of winning Ireland's largest and longest established Terrier & Lurcher Championship. It is also the only Northern Ireland Qualifier for one of the hottest Terrier Championships in the UK and Ireland - The Five Nations International Terrier Championship to be staged at the Irish Game & Country Fair at Birr Castle on the 28th &29th August. You can also qualify pre final at the Birr show. At both Fairs the Terriers, Lurchers and Whippets are an important part of the Fair and are allocated good sites with great courses for racing and showring parking WITHIN the Fair not put outside the main show ground.
