RiffRaff 5
Breathing settled; I set the missile free, hurtling at 556 feet per second towards its mark. Less than a quarter of a second later I saw the bunny fall over to its left and out of my sight. I walked over to find the mark was stone dead as the micro-missile had hit home nice and hard at close to 8.5 ft/lbs. Bugs didn't stand a chance. you math is out the window maty boi 16gr @556fps works out to 10.99foot-pounds even with air arms it would be still close to 11 niel Quote Link to post

Its a shame this little permission is so small and a one man only job; we could have had fun sat at opposite ends dodging each others pellets if we miss the bunnies :11: Phantom Quote Link to post

LordGamebore 0
Thanks guy's I'm still miffed at having to take out the tiny one's though That sandy one would have made a nice pet for CJ I'm looking forward to getting his dad though Freezer is now well and truely stocked, despite the 'Dont bring any more rabbit home with you' from the wife Phantom Hi Phantom! Yeah, taking out the young ones ain't nice. Quote Link to post
jay2k123 2
nice job good shooting and as for the young ones, well i,m afraid you had no choice, with your landowner watching it left you no option.all were killed as humanely as possible.sounds like a great wee permission.i have something similar and its great fun regards John Quote Link to post
garfield 23
well done Tony,a lesser man would have thought more of his sport than of his obligation to the landowner its not nice taking out kits but on some permissions it has to be done well done for that Quote Link to post
Phantom 631
Thanks guy's Comming home last night I shot a kit in the cemetery. Again i'ts a clearance permission but with the amount of land around it thats crawling, total clearance is never going to happen Then cutting through the horse paddock permission, I saw both those black kits out playing together Thats a control, more than a clearance and its up to me what I shoot Phantom Quote Link to post
