i bought 2 pairs of leather waterproof hiking boots from tk max a few weeks back, bargain £12 a pair. The ex army stock will set you back about five quid onwards from a surplus store but i would avoid fishing wellies, although they are made to be comfortable and warm they are usually not suited for digging and in some cases no good for long distance walking, especially the ones with liners, bloody things keep slipping your socks down down after a couple of yards.
