Stabs 3
These were selling at double this price a while back. For the money, the best boot out there, easily. http://www.worldofsurplus.com/ishop/1061/shopscr1511.html If you prefer something a bit more up market, club together with some other lads and stick an order in to Cabela. Be prepared to pay customs on top though.
Guest midnight_runner
try le chameau wellies or boots start from around 50 quid or you can get a pair of fur lined ancle wellie type boots from the angling shops for around 20 to 25 quid good value for money
Aled 527
Don't be afraid to try millets or blacks. My mate got a pair for £20 which retailed at £60 in a sporting magazine.I've got a pair of walking boots from blacks at £50 (half price sale) they are very comfartable, warm do the job well and i reckon good value. Guest mucker
call me a tramp :11: but ive gone through some boots and the last time i needed a pair i thought i,ll give these a try in the pics, there used army issue i wear them on almost a daily basis digging ,lamping etc. theyve out lived anything ive bought previously. not pretty but they are confortable. if you dont want to pay much you could do a lot worse. these cost me a tenner from army surplas on ebay. there some good surplas dealers on there or the army surplas stores. theres one in leicester known as "irish" bit pricey compared to the net but you can inspect what your buying. edited to add the only boots id touch brand new for around 30/40quid is a well made rigger boot.
