salclalin 240
I'd go for DeerhoundX Quote Link to post
ecostorm 2
I've got a deerhound/collie called alfie, he is 10 month old now, and your dog looks like he was when he were younger. The only differance is the beddy colour, look's and coat is the only resembalance. Nice looking dog tho! Quote Link to post
phil_h 53
you'l neve know for sure mate, cracker tho .. all the best with him Quote Link to post
Daveo 61
I dont think its a beddy X due to its coat. Beddy coats take a while to develope Quote Link to post
Daveo 61
First cross bedlington greyhound around the same age. Quote Link to post
Paid 935
Looks like a beddy cross grey to me. Many people say they see deer hound in mine, but there isnt any, just beddy collie whippet and grey. Quote Link to post
Guest bezza
Ask Chartpolski or Doxhope. They will be able to tell you. C has a deer/grey and D has bred a lot in the past. Quote Link to post
Macsen 4
This might help, here are some pictures of my deer/grey/collie starting from 8 weeks old to almost a year. 8 weeks 11 weeks 13 weeks 14 weeks few months 10 months 12 months 12 months, 29 inches to the shoulder Quote Link to post
chartpolski 23,068
I'm most certainly NOT an expert on ANY cross of Lurcher, but just judging by the head shape, it looks to be more Beddy than Deerhound, but that is only my opinion. I've seen Beddy/Whippets and Beddy/Greyhounds with coats like that, but as people say, it seems a bit on the big side to be a Beddy cross! So my guess is that it's probably not a 1st cross, but a Lurcher x Lurcher breeding. Not much help, but hopefully it will turn out to be a good'un Cheers. Quote Link to post
chartpolski 23,068
Heres a Deer/Grey pup at about the same age. No resemblance to your pup, but that means nothing. As I say, good luck with it ! Cheers. Quote Link to post
Guest AngelicAcid
Beddy and whippet mate, could slow down growing, so 16 tts isnt unusual. Quote Link to post
