Is there gold in all streams but in minute quantities or only in certain areas? used to live in leadhills in lanarkshire a good few yerar ago/when i stayed i there they had the world gold panning championship event.was good to watch.there was an old guy who lived in te neigbouring village who panned the streams.he had a little glass vile filled with gold he had found.took him years i think for what he had.but hey golds gold eh lolnever actually tried it myself but was good to witness.
