Pops 19
Kye where did you get a 31# 17" dog? i'd like to find something that size or a bit bigger for denning/bolting coyote and maybe on other stuff like bear & boar. Quote Link to post
Kye 77
I bred the dog,...he was out of english gear mate,...very good nose, and talk about "stay"!!!....we just didnt get along in the end, and my yard wasnt big enough for the two of us,... and seems as i pay the mortgage, he had to go. stanley 5
What would the purpose of this cross be? Out of interest... FTB probably the same sort of purpose a beddie x whippet would get used for..... YIS Molie Whats with the attitude pal?. FTB no attitude pal, just seems a fairly simple question....what would be the downside to this cross in your oppinion?! YIS Molie downside to this cross is that its a pointless one,if you want a terrier get one same with a running dog more experiments thats makes more dogs passed on from pillar to post Quote Link to post
everett 0
Was just wondering, never seen or heard anyone with the cross, i have a patt and whippet pup and the OH said how would the pups turn out and i honestly couldnt answer her... Purpose of cross i suppose ferreting & light lamping, gamey dog with a poke of speed.Never heard of anyone doing it and was wondering why there a reason why. Dog in avatar is my 5yr colliexhound x irish terrierxhound. Quote Link to post
samstorm 34
maybe 1/4 pat 3/4 wippet would be better than a straut cross, suppose it would just be the same as a quater beedy whippet, give it a go would be great to hear how they turn out, Quote Link to post
