Dogs what are aggresive towards other dogs are a nuisance in the hunting game regardless if its in the kennel or in the back of the motor or out in the field. Two dogs should be able to be kenneled to

I agree with this ,dogs that are regularly aggressive to others are an unmitigated nuisance, and aggression towards other dogs has no bearing on their working ability. Two of the hardest most courageo

i had a brother and sister out of the same litter.the brother was always getting into the bitch my wife told me to get red of the dog before it killed the bitch.anyway i was on night shift and my mate took the dog out lamping.when i got back from work my wife said to go and have a look at the dog when i went out to the dog run the dog was laying dead.it had run into a stonebridge on the golf course.what am sayinig is ithink he would have ended up killing the bitch.

I'm with Stabba on this one, kennel seperate! As he put it, lot less stress on your dog (and yourself).

I keep two dogs at the moment, they are housed and fed seperate but excercise and have down time in the garden, under supervision.

Sad affair loosing a dog in a kennel fight, sorry for your loss.

Two dogs should be able to be kenneled together without problem as long as they have seperate sleeping area ie twin kennel inside a single run. Agressive dogs(fighters) dont deserve a kennel to themselfs they deserve a hole to themselfs.

I would agree with you Joe ,aggression towards other dogs is a pain in the arse.

I have read that one of the most outstanding coursing lines, are noted for being "dodgy with other dogs", not a positive trait to breed into your line.

I am interested to hear what others think of the comment by a poster ,regarding Wheaton crosses.I have no experience of them, are they known for aggression towards other dogs?

Comments would be welcome.
