breeding from a none worker

Recommended Posts

Of my three one is from working and two from non working stock. All of them work but the one from working stock was alot easier to enter and had more drive from the start. Whether this is true in all cases i dont know.

How about breeding from working stock thats is bred from non working parents?

no mate i'm seriouse thats what there like down this end, even know a lad of here with 5 whippets in less than a year got a blue bitch for nothing had her about 8 weeks bred her, there on epupz, not only that he has put one of his five whippets for sale on epupz to, keeping two blue bitches out of the litter coz theres no gain in his others (not my words), also has dog Dogue De Bordeaux for 1100 and thats her second litter in a year. dont see the point of it myself apart from £££££££ and thats one guy i know alot more that have been in the game for five minutes breeding lurchers and terriers.

considering a lot of lurchers are bred from ex track greyhounds .. who have only ever seen a mechanical hare .. it appears to be acceptable to breed from non workers :whistling:

My thoughts exactly ..

Adding to this why not use a coursing greyhound? ....because its cheaper to use a track grey and soooo much easier to come by

I know of a few lads on Anglesey and regarding dogs they think the are toys to be passed around, or money making machines. Know of a lad who bred his 2 border bitch's in Novemeber just gone, he's bred them again these past 2 weeks and has also lined his 10month old Lakie bitch, makes your blood boil :censored:. Fence Hopper your keeping it real on that gorgeous island so crack on mate, and that grey is ticking all them box's for me!

how do they sell them to good working homes ,i mean i breed the odd litter but carefully studied what i breed as i have to keep one and a mate or two,and the rest get sold to working homes , so how can they get rid of them all i sell apup 180 to 250,and i can trace all the parents from winners and good workng stock and its hard to get good working and keen dog lads but i do as ive been at the game along while how do they get rid of them etc just any fecher etc

what do you do give them away ,or do you not breed to further the working qaulity of ur dogs ,i pay for my dogs over the years so strangers pay for them and mates get the odd freebe, or pick of litter, peole app apup if they put there hand in there pocket, i take nothing for nothing always barter or cash , only way , as for keeping dogs from the sixties means nothinglook at some onhere they could have dogs from the thirtys doesnt mean they breed good dogs or even work good dogs ,

Cheers for the pm fencehopper, its a sad state of affairs,

Its not just Anglesey, A lad approached me a couple of weeks ago to see if i wanted a bull terrier pup, he siad quite proudly that he had 36 pups off one bitch in 5 years.

I think he is single handedly filling council estates with shit excuses for bull terriers and his wallet, tosser
