berty1 8
I have a bitch advertised in the CMW. I had a fella ring me lunchtime on sunday not asking really much about the dog that a man interested in her would be asking. Instead asking what my postcode was so he could "type it in his satnav" Then thought I was proper mug asking me what sort of place I lived and what motor I drove, all this off PRIVATE telephone number. I gave him, like I would anyone I dont know the postcode of a public carpark 10 mins down the road and told him I would meet him there. he said he would be there in 20 mins. I told him to ring me when he was 10mins away. Never heard from him again. Sellers beware!!!!! Quote Link to post

artic 595
just spoke to lad at lenghth here are the details ..... an old blue shogun was seen cruising around the fellas house a few days ago ... the dogs were stolen in broad daylight ... they were lifted over an 8 foot high fence topped with barbed wire then carried accross some garages .... the white dog has a scar on his front left leg and the black dog has a very unusual round brown patch on top of his back .... there are rumourse that the dogs may be down bristol way ....... Ok, so this shogun may not have been used at the time of the theft. Who saw the shogun? Broad daylight, this sends alarm bells that the people involved do not care if they were seen or heard (Unless the chap lives in a very rural area, or garden is secured by trees and other obstructions). Dogs were lifted over 8ft fence with wire, then across garages. Well this was obviously planned to a T, and loads of DNA at the scene too! Where the dogs secured in kennels or lose in the garden? Is there any CCTV in the area? Check local campsites, mobile home sites,it's not always travellers that do these thefts, knock on peoples doors and ask if anyone was seen/vehicle in the area acting suspicious. Sorry to harp on and ask all these questions. It's a dirty crime to commit, knowing that someone has been on your property, spyed on you, and took from you and probably reading this too having a laugh. All the best with finding these dogs, and even more so the culprits. Quote Link to post
