Ferrets Nae Happy

Recommended Posts

Aright folks just moved the ferrets into a bigger new court, 2jills and 2hobs! never been biters and always been happy to see me. But since they went into the court last nite been bitten (locked on as hard as she could) 3times by one of the jills. and wheneva i go near them now there hissing and going for me. Just wondering why they are acting like this? Thought they would be happier wi the bigger cage and more pipes and stuff to play with!!

She got serviced by a snipped hob about 3weeks ago and looks like she is coming out of season along with her sister. (dried up and swelling went down) Would she still act like that with a false pregnency??

As previous posts ferrets in the breeding season can do some of the most out of the ordinary things

expecially if pregnant or having a phantom try letting them settle down for a few days and then try picking her up again see

if she has calmed down it can be quite a shock when a ferret does something out of the blue for no apparent reason whatsoever

but being it is out the blue it hopefully will sort itself out and she will soon be back to her normal self

GOOD LUCK WITH HER MATE
