If you get a slot put on your ticket for a mod when you buy one list it as make unknown then you can change it if you need to without changing your ticket. Shootingcharley. Quote Link to post

flytie 1
I have three rifles on my FAC and three moderator slots. They are not specific to make or type, just calibre. Which is daft really because my 6.5x55 moderator is a .30 calibre T8, and it will fit on the 7mm-08 Another case of unthinking over regulation ft Quote Link to post
jamie g 17
by law yes but if its on your ticket as unbranded then i cant see the difference. the problem you have is if you filled the slot on your ticket with a mod. and then you went to buy a mod from a shop you couldnt as your slot is filled. some gun shops will take your old one then give you the new one. and then inform the police Quote Link to post
