I never thought that I would own a small dog, my last dog was a Neopolitan Mastif . I have had several differant types of hunting dog's and hounds for everything from quail hunting to coyote hunting. Here is a picture of my Jack Russell taken 2 days ago in a wilderness area of Arizona. http://i1021.photobu...er/HPIM1200.jpg Duce is her name and she had just spent an hour chasing a small black bear around she treed it three times and I was laughing my ass off so hard that I fecked up the bear pictures (my buddy got some and they will be posted later) it was hillaroius to see that little dog harrassing the shite outa that bear. The bear tried to catch her several times and she would just zig zag around the tree's and give it the slip. I saw her bite that bear in the arse twice. I was not hunting bear and I don't think it was bear season - I was just going for a hike and crossed paths with the bear. If it was bear season I could hve shot it easily...

Yes I think that JRT's are great little workers....
