J Darcy 5,871
SOME OF THE BEST DOGS I HAVE SEEN HAVE BEEN SALUKI/GREY BULL/GREY, ONE WAS A WHITE DOG CALLED MICK WHO WAS AS GOOD AS IT GETS , TOOK ALL QUARRY, RIGHT UP UNTIL HE WAS ABOUT 15 , I PERSONALLY SAW THIS DOG DO IT , NO FAIRY TALES !!!!!! ANOTHER WAS A BLACK BITCH CALLED SALLY , SHE WAS HARD AS NAILS, AND COULD RUN A BIT TWO SHE BELONGED TO D COWIE , THERE IS A WRITE UP ON HERE ABOUT HIM AND HIS HOUNDS...GREAT BITCH ............. BOTH THESE DOGS WERE BRED OUT OF A BULL GREY CALLED RAMBO , I THINK IT WAS OWNED BYE IRISH BOB , NOT %1OO ON THAT.... GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR PUP ............. yes mate, your right, bob owned the rambo dog, but i never saw much good come out of its loins. mindst you, i bet it was down to the bitches down here being a bit "shit" lol..... i know there was some fair dogs up north so maybe the blood "clicked".. rambo was some dog.... i had a son out of him...come to think of it, we all had pups out of him,.....the whole bloody estate!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! dai dog 11
hi dave, ive allways fancied a bull, grey x sal, grey! but never seen one run, the breeding just makes absolute sense to me, a lot of the guys round here slag off the saluki x , but theyre opinion doesnt matter a damn cause none have any dogs & all of them speak shit up the pub! :11: , you know the type! itll be great to see how the pup is braught on! cheers, rhys. witton 6
Ill keep you up to date on her progress. I have been thinking about this breeding for a while now, and when i posted the wanted add on here and smoochers i didnt expect to find one. I was very surprised when i found out about this bitch. Im very happy with her and have high expectations for her but only time will tell........ J Darcy's scooby was a mixture of well bred saluki grey and as you have probably seen he was an awesome dog and will be sadly missed The bull blood can only help, with gameness.........and added power David Quote Link to post
