Really depends on how much you want to spend mate, theres loads on the market from £20/£30 upwards. If you go for something middle of the road price like a Shimano 4000/5000 series you wont go far wrong, you should be able to pick them up for around £60 with a spare spool, maybe cheaper if you look on fleaby!!!

i use the shimano baitrunner 6000 for spinning/plugging & the 8000 for livebaiting ,never ever let me down ,get the best you can afford ,if im using big mackeral livebaits i use the 10,000
