hi there

the thing with the springers that you must remeber is that when you shoot then you head is right next to the action so you will always hear that, they will be come quieter when ran in, if your putting a mod on then they often dont seam any quieter. get down range then get a mate to shoot it with out the mod then with it and you will notice a differance. dont for get the bunnies will be down range not sniffing your trigger.

NOT a tx200 and thats for sure mine is like a 50cal with no modarator :wallbash: :wallbash:

 

Mine Isn't. Infact IMO It's pritty quiet. Don't get me wrong It's not PCP quiet but I've shot the TX200 HC In close proximity to people and they havnt even stopped what there doing to look around.

My springer is very quiet regarding muzzle blast with its UK Niel silencer on it.

The noise from the action has been dampend down simply by fitting a few felt pads between the action and stock.

The Air Arms pro Sport is quite quiet for a springer and didnt scare the vermin i shot with it at all.

 

A tuned HW97 or HW95 is very smooth and quiet too for a springer.
