Edgar 1
x4 always. Stick to one mag setting or else things get more complicated. With x4 the cross hairs look to be almost still on the quarry which helps a lot. Quote Link to post
JackReid 35
I know people are suggesting that once you use quite a few different mags you need to know all the adjustments, thats true, and the thing is I know all the variances in mildots for 5-6-7-8 magnification believe it or not! However when using something like 4x at close range I am onyl using at one distance so the same aim point everytime. Jack Quote Link to post
blackstaff 488
Mine stay's on 3 untill i have the quarry in sight, then crank it up to 9, imo the bigger the target in your scope the better choice you have of shot placement Also the fact that my mincers aren't 20 20 and i need glasses Quote Link to post

gurtwurz 792
i run mine at 8x most of the time, but thats cos i'm too lazy to change it about and i'm used to it there now. if summats in close range then its not too blurred so it doesnt make much odds really, and if my targets within 5 yds then i'll club it to death with the stock instead...lol all the best, wurz Edited April 28, 2010 by gurtwurz Quote Link to post
