weasle 1,119
Theres a big differance between control and sport,When i see the word"sport"regarding cubs and any other animal that is not ats its sharpist either through not being old enough to be aware of its surroundings, being fat ect ect.I will disagree! the_stig 6,614
next time you shoot a vixen and your not sure if any cubs left in the earth, dig a small pit and throw her into the bottom and leave along,go back next morning and the cubs will be all sat in the bottom with her I've herd this one before mate but honestly thought it was one of those urban myths. Have you seen it work yourself as I'm very curious to know if it works. it works witnessed it 35 year ago - shown to me by a game keeper Quote Link to post

sharp_shooter_sam 0
i have seen quite a few now but true sportsman leave them till the season starts again why kill them now all quarry must have time to breed. dont want to start argument but thats my opinion. i no not everyone does just winds me up when i see the photos this time of year I would rather shoot them now than let them get big, they're still foxes at the end of the day! FightTheBan 1,147
Sat and watched some cubs playing above an earth this afternoon, six in the litter from what I could see - was really nice to see. Sat for about half an hour watching them through the bins, they really are fantastic wee animals! FTB Quote Link to post

noisey 1
cubs grow into foxes, so it makes sense to get them quick befor the real damage starts but i suppose it depends on the enviroment. Any cubs seen on the syndicate am in would be shot on sight, this is all in game presivation. ATB lee Quote Link to post
