deerhound crosses

just watched lurcher mania dvd and all thats on it mainly is deerhound greyhounds and i think they hammer rabbits on that dvd i dont know why people say that they are to big to stretch down for the rabbits the dvd shows clearly that they arent i reckon its 1 of the best rabbiting dvds out even though it canny old dvd what do other people think of it atb Top Lamper

ive got it and lurcher mainea 2 aswell its 1 of the best dvds ive seen it just goes to show you that a big big dog that stands 29and a half tts can pick rabbits up like its fun i think its called axel real brill dog and its sister what is 28tts :thumbs:

saw the dvd years ago and hunted land simliar took big hauls with dogs good crack ,if you havent hunted areas like that its great to get a few nites getting loads , was agood video in its time ,just take it for what it was nothing else ,and nothing thta aint been done before and now but still a good dvd

seen it years ago, no one is saying a big dog cant pick a rabbit just they find it a lot harder and take half or less of the rabbits a medium size dog would take. Didn't think the deerhound cross was that good in the video If people do it would explain why people think their any good as they must have low standards for a lamp dog.

Some tidy looking dogs on it especialy the beddy cross must admit though they looked easey to catch rabbits compaired to other parts of the country.Its like lads around here who had average lamp dogs but could go up to the dales and catch double figures all the time.
