Need to get a bipod for the kt1oo and our kids r10 haven't got a clue which one to get people have mentioned Harris are the best ? gona be doing some static shooting now the suns out what size is best 6/9 " or 9/13" and should it be the swivel type and screw into the gun any advice would be appreciated

Hi BB.

 

The Harris pod is nice.

Now the grass is growing again, a 9/13 would be good.

Swivel head is helpfull too.

Im using this and its perfik ......for me anyway.

Only trouble Im experiencing is squeaky leg spring's, but Im on to that.

i have a Harris 13/27 really handy for those sitting shots and swivel,and have a 9/13 cheap version but still ok

but recently bought a deben 6/9 and im very happy with it,keeps me close to the ground!

a great advantage!

but as bill has said the grass is growing so don't rule out a 9/13 but defo a swivel

cheers for the replies lads i went to the gun shop today to purchase a bipod and was told i had to put a screw with an eye in for the bipod in the gun kt100 is this right dont fancy drilling a hole in my gun

Awright bud, ive got a deben 6/9 and ive not had no probs with it. Cheaper than the harris aswel so thats a bonus.

i got a harris type bipod from china on fleabay it was 24.99 and it works a treat

No need to drill you stock,get a swivel to replace your front stud,they work a treat.

i have a deben 6/9 inch great for static hunting and easy to take off and on so i keep mine in the game bag while am walking around i find it easier to shoot birds with it off
