heritage 202 Posted April 29, 2010 Report Share Posted April 29, 2010 If your looking for a net to add to a frame then the best you can get is an ex army soiled linnen bag, there not far off being the perfect size,there also very strong,definatly made to last. they are regularly sold on ebay and the most common colour is white (also available in olive green) although i imagine they could be dyed to your prefered colour, your looking to pay £3-£4 max. I have a few that i store traditional nets in and have used them for a number of other things.have a look,there worth every penny,atb Quote Link to post
heritage 202 Posted April 30, 2010 Report Share Posted April 30, 2010 For all those intrested in purchasing something suitable have a look on ebay.Im sorry,i dont know how to do a link but if you search for "army washing net bag soiled linen" then a couple of examples will come up.There listed at £5, i normaly pay £3 from a local army and navy. theres two sizes available, 19" x 30" and 24" x 36". there very strong and they have a multitude of uses,storing deeks ect as they come fitted with a drawcord.
