trappa 518
Im needing a quad for travelling over fields , but there seems to be a plethora out there and most of them are aimed at kids. I havent the foggiest where to start with buying a quad. What should i look out for, what kind should i get and how big. I would prefer to get one smallish so it can fit in the back of my van but will get a trailer at a push. is there a good website / place that sells them cheapish? Any info is good info, cheers! Guest GoneToGround1
hey mate know a bit about quads. no doubt the best you can buy is a honda. honda foreman 450 is a cracking quad but any foreman will do the job. you can also get fourtrak which are slightly more popular and slightly smaller again theyre honda and their bombproof just like the foreman also a bit cheaper. it get anything from a 300 up to 650. suprising how far a 300 will get you. ebay is a good place if you spot a quad you like and you would like to know how much its worth etc or if its worth the asking price message me the link and ill try my best to put yo straight. 2nd choice would be yamaha but i wouldnt get anything over 3 year old as they tend to break then. yamaha grizzly or kodiak if you do go for yamaha... Guest GoneToGround1
depends how much your willing to spend. not sure if a mate of mine is selling his honda but its 2wd ill let you know on it though. if its only for getting you across fields you wont have any problems even though its 2wd they still go a fair few places...
