On saturday I took my hob out to a farm and did 4 warrens with a total of 5 rabbits in the bag. I was just out a fewof hours and barely scratched the surface on this permission! On sunday I took out my young jill out to some stables I just gained permission on for a quick morning's work. Did one warren in the middle of a field, which was taped up to stop the horses getting to it. About 16 or 17 holes but I thought I would give it a shot. The jill worked Brilliantly and it was 6 rabbits from the one warren, my new personal best! Did another 3 smaller warrens on hedgerows with a total for the morning of 11 rabbits! So thats 16 for the weekend, and my young jill is coming on great! What more could I ask for!! Guest the yorkshire lad Posted October 30, 2006 Report Share Posted October 30, 2006 well done mate, nice looking ferret too. wish i had some of my own permission, just going out on my mates land at the moment on his land there are bunnies everywhere got 15 on sunday 8 out of one warren.
