You speak exactly how they would....this idea of 50 hounds chasing a fox to the point of exhaustion or putting it to ground before it is "ripped to pieces"

Have you ever been to a fox hunt...? I've been to many and only once have i ever seen the fox being chased, its usually the fox following the hounds.

Can't keep going over the same stuff on here about people sticking together, this pish about ban this because it doesn't suit me gets right on my tits.

 

 

Well said bud. Ive tried to hammer the message home till im blue in the face, but at the end of the day you cant educate mud. Some peoples blatent stupidity/hypocricy/uneducated/misguided views have to be seen to be believed.

 

How do such people get into the hunting scene, is what i want to know?

 

How can someone who has any involvement in any fieldsports be so wrong and misguided about another aspect of it?

Been reading your posts mate and its easy seen you know your stuff.

 

Now i dont own a running dog but if the ban was to be lifted it would be the first thing i would do is buy myself 1, at the moment it just wouldn't warrant me losing my gun license if i got caught.

 

It just boils my blood that anyone would quite happily ban someonelse's sport just because they are not into it.

that was five yrs ago. labour. new people in charge= new policies. the way to go is regstered clubs. as i recall its the posh fox hunting that causes the problem, cruelty, wheres the sport n 50 dogs killing one fox? single dog yes, the beagles rip them to pieces and if the sly fox gets away they dig him outta his home anyway. if you put 50 dogs on a hare thats cruel too, sngle dogs only. that should be the law, keeping it sport. problem is changing peoples awreness of what WE do (the average lurcher man).jmo and no im defo no anti.
