Phantom 631
Hey guy's, I've just got my mits on another tub of FX 16 Grainers in .22 Did a bit of Zeroing other day but due to the wind it was very hard going getting a group. I know these are good pellets and my baby does like them. I've been playing with Chairgun Pro but that does not have them listed in .22 Cal so I have to update the database with the relevant data. What I need to complete the data set is the Ballistic Coeficiant of these pellets. I've searched the web, but can't find it Any Ideas? Phantom Quote Link to post
stevieskin 4
Hi mate, I tried the FX 16grains in my hw100 I found using the BC from AA fields 0.031 gave a very good match in chairgun to the trajectories I was finding on the range up to 55yds. Quote Link to post

Phantom 631
Thanks guy's Si, much appreciated I went out yesterday evening and can I hell get these things to group out of this tub The last tub were superb for grouping and accuracy. It only took a couple of clicks on windage and elevation from the AAF's to get them to virtually pin-point accuracy. Yesterday I had flyers that were leaving the the target and hitting the backstop  Checked the heads and skirts etc, all seemed pretty much fine. I'm wondering if the FX ones I used before were a 5.51 Dia, these are a 5.52? I took a real confidence kicking Came home thinking, I need to get the springer out and teach myself to shoot again I didn't dare try my luck on a bunny Going to give the barrel a good old clean today and see if that will improve things Thanks again for the info guy's Phantom Quote Link to post

Wouldnt think its down to your shooting for one minute buddy. I reckon the same as you mate, its down to head size of the pellet. FX are made by JSB and marketed by FX, have you tried JSBs for head size buddy? Just a thought mate. ATB. Bill. Quote Link to post
