hia all. i live in a built up area and for the last 6 weeks or so we have had a fox coming into our front garden late hours of the night and it just sits there howling for hours if we do not go out and scare it away. it,s not just us it is keeping awake all hours of the night as most of my neibours have said about it too. i have heard them before but never like this one , it has been coming for a good six weeks or so now and now will not go away unless we actually go out to scare it away , what i want to know is there any way i can scare it off for good or is there some way to deter it coming so much and why is it sitting there for hours on end howling it,s head off . can someone please help . i need a good nights sleep .

as already stated, a 410 cartridge stops them coming back :D

could possibly be that he's calling for a mate or warning others of his territory

borrow a cage trap and trap it, I'll always come over and pop it for you, if you dont have the means of dispatch
