how do i put pics on here

can any one tell me how to put pics on here

[GET THEM OUT (.)(.) 39]

save onto pictures, open with paint, resize them down to 50%, rename them so you know which one is the smaller one, then browse your pictures from the hunting life and open, ,

 

probaly the hardest way ever but works for me, ,
