mj robson 8
I'm busy with my Pigeon shooters just now, but while I've been out spotting for Pigeons in the afternoons I've been seeing dozens of Roe out feeding and taking advantage of this warm weather we're enjoying just now. I was out at 11:00 on a local estate and saw a buck in a group of 5 grazing on a grass park. I went in to the keepers house to grab his Ziess 20x60's for a closer look. At 200 yards I got a good eyeful, a definate gold medal. The estate stalker will be up in 2 weeks for a go. I then went for a drive round some of my ground at 3pm and counted 30+ Roe out in a half hour drive. It won't be long now! Quote Link to post
v-max 2
Nice to hear you have plenty its the same up here but not on me & im now felling the pinch with loosing 400acre of prime stalking on my door step fae march last year due to farmmer selling up. Im seeing loads about & am quite busy with foxes at lambs but had a stalk & got into a clean buck & a button buck in a group of 9 & never got a chance at them this morning. Thinking of having ago tomorrow morning seen a group of 11 to go at. Quote Link to post
