The Hob 19
Hi all, I bought a mk3 in the summer, thought I'd get one as it was quite cheap. Anyway the first few times I used it I was ready to ebay it. I couldn't get on with it but after a lot of persistance I've got the hang of it, It's brill much better than the mk1 just got to buy some more collars now. Quote Link to post
Guest Frank
Simple to use. Just switch onto search first, find wher ferret is, get it to high pitch, if below, 8ft, switch to locate, then find high pitch again and dig to the dept shown. Easy once you know how. However, i still think its early days to make a jugement on it yet, give them a season or 2, but so far its good. Frank. Quote Link to post

Guest jdh488
I have a mark3, the only problem i have found with it is that becasue the collar is wider than the MK 1 collar, it needs to be fastened alot more securely to the ferret, i have on two occasions had the ferret come out without the collar after it has had a bit of a ruck in the burrow with a rabbit, but on both occasions the locator has found the collar within a couple of inches. Brilliant, i would highly reccomend the MK3. Dave Quote Link to post
