your gun, woulnt shoot nout with a dog :gunsmilie:

Ah but if you only have your dog you can still work it and hunt game for the others and as a smug little do gooder you just might get a lend of someone elses gun for a time. my own answer is that i get a lot of fun out working the dog anyway so it would not bother me if i forgot the gun :drink: .atb.

i would be more pissed off at forgetting the dog,the day would be pointless for me without one.

the dog gives me 80% of the fun for the day 15% the crack and 5% shooting squirrels, pheasant, duck and other creatures (in that order for some reason :hmm: ).

apart from the fact that my dog would not let me forget him as he sticks to me like glue when i get the gun out of the cabinet :boogie::boogie:

If it was just me heading out for a mooch around then obviously the gun

If it was a group rough shooting it would be the dog (i have forgoteen my gun more than once). I actually prefer working the dog than standing to shoot

But like it has already been said.........he makes sure he isnt forgotten!
