im looking to get a new 223 but not to sure which one to get ,wots your views on different makes, i quit like the tikka t3 .

Go for the tikka t3 mate, my uncle has it, very accurate and good fox round and even deer at short range. Good gun overall, quality gun.

Only real competitor is the remington 700 imo. Great gun, my mate has it and he loves it.

I have a T3 and its great BUT I was advised on a Howa by a friend after he saw one in action DAVE

.223 is not legal on all species in England and Wales.

 

And yes, Tikka do make a nice, and normally accurate, rifle.

there all as accurate as each other. remmington,tikka,sako,winchester,savage.

 

all depends on what you have to spend. and what rifle you want, wood,plastic stock, what length barrel, light or heavy,
