dont matter how you put it mate,the law is the law im afraid,trick is to not get caught in the first place

surely there must be some sort of exception as you can never guarantee theres only rabbits. Not only hunting folk this would occur to. any member of the public with a running dog off the lead could accidently put a hare up and catch it

thats why i hardly bush with dogs now as there more of the non target species than the targetd species we used to catch them all some times great sport , best places for bushing is rabbit only land and not much else and the rest under the cover of darkness

the law is there to make an example of the likes of us and will hit you hard if found guilty,im with whin on this one,dont do much bushing,and anything else,under the cover of darkness

as long as you've got permission to be on the land you hunting on and your only after rabbits they have to prove you were intentionally after what ever else popped out,hard thing to prove i would say

dogs dont no boundaries and not all farmers are god for it , early morning and grey darklamps and nice moonlite walk with afew handy dogs

Yeah, that really pissed me off when watched that at my mate's house the other week.

my lurcher was running a rabbit up the hedge the other week and out popped old charlie. she left the rabbit and had a good run on the fox i was screaming at her to leave it thank god she didnt catch it
