I am a bit confused about the land tho . My uncle has had a rifle for around 20 years and i shoot with him, I want to know if i could use the same land as he has on his licence? Thanks Yes you can, as-long as you have permission on that piece of land then just write it down on the application. I would also write on a piece of paper that you have been shooting with your uncle with rifles, and try and get a letter from him to say that you have been out with him. And Yes, in principle he will have to accompany you every time you go out until you are signed off. Commonly 6 months AND 6 Deer, but there are no specific rules, your FEO will tell you what is expected from him! Quote Link to post
